👨🍳 Instructions
- Brown lamb pieces in olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven until evenly seared on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- Add chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, then add minced garlic, ground coriander, and cumin, stirring for one minute until fragrant.
