Beef and Snow Peas

- Soy Sauce 30 g · 20 kcal
- Cornstarch 6 g · 20 kcal
- Sesame Oil 5 g · 45 kcal

- Fresh Ginger 5 g · 4 kcal
- Vegetable Oil 15 g · 130 kcal
- Oyster Sauce 15 g · 15 kcal
- Rice Wine Vinegar 15 g · 5 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef flank steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 tsp sesame oil; mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp cornstarch, 4g sugar, and 60ml water or broth.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the snow peas to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the wok, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir quickly until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and snow peas.
