👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef flank steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 tsp sesame oil; mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce by whisking together 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp cornstarch, 4g sugar, and 60ml water or broth.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  5. Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Add the snow peas to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  8. Return the beef to the wok, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir quickly until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and snow peas.
