👨🍳 Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef flank steak against the grain. In a bowl, marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by combining 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until smoking. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry quickly for 1-2 minutes until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the wok. Add the fresh wide rice noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened and lightly charred in spots.
- Return the beef to the wok. Add the bean sprouts and green onions, then pour in the prepared sauce. Quickly stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and hot.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your authentic Beef Chow Fun!
