👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips, then slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips. In a bowl, toss the chicken with half of the fajita seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
  3. Add a little more olive oil to the same pan, then add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 5-8 minutes until tender-crisp, adding the remaining fajita seasoning and lime juice halfway through.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the vegetables and stir to combine, warming through for 1-2 minutes. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  5. To assemble, spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the center of each warm tortilla. Top with a dollop of salsa and sour cream, then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
