👨🍳 Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, and green chili. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the chopped ingredients, whisked egg, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Season the mixture generously with salt. Moisten your hands with water or oil, then shape the mixture into small, elongated cylinders or spherical meatballs.
