👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, finely diced onion, celery, carrot, milk, 5g Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until just combined; do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, remaining 10g Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard for the glaze.
- Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes, then remove it from the oven and spread the glaze evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the glaze is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist and flavorful result.
