Chicken Salpicao

- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless 150 g · 165 kcal
- Button mushrooms, sliced 50 g · 11 kcal

- Worcestershire sauce 15 g · 15 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season lightly with black pepper.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add butter to the same pan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened. Add green peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Pour in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and water, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Best served with steamed rice.
