👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season lightly with black pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the same pan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
