👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken with plain yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, mixed Indian spices, and a pinch of salt; mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan or on a grill over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and slightly charred.
- Warm the flour tortilla briefly in a dry pan or microwave to make it pliable.
- Spread a layer of mint raita or yogurt sauce over the warmed tortilla. Arrange shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion on top.
- Place the cooked chicken tikka pieces in the center. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately, optionally sliced in half diagonally.
