👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken with plain yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, mixed Indian spices, and a pinch of salt; mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or on a grill over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Warm the flour tortilla briefly in a dry pan or microwave to make it pliable.
  4. Spread a layer of mint raita or yogurt sauce over the warmed tortilla. Arrange shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion on top.
  5. Place the cooked chicken tikka pieces in the center. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally sliced in half diagonally.
