👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook dried wheat noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of noodle water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar; mince the garlic and chop the scallions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and bring to a gentle simmer for about 1 minute. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of the reserved noodle water.
- Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss thoroughly to coat them evenly with the chili garlic sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
