👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook Hakka noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water, then lightly toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over high heat, then add minced garlic, ginger, and sliced green chilies; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender-crisp.
