👨🍳 Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the conchiglie pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped yellow onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
