👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the pork ribs in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden, then remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Return the pork ribs to the pot, add the crushed corn, diced potatoes, carrots, green peas, cumin powder, and sufficient water to cover all ingredients. Season with salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60-75 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the cuchuco and potatoes are cooked through and the soup has thickened. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
