- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless 200 g · 330 kcal
- Dijon mustard 20 g · 30 kcal
- Heavy cream (35%) 50 g · 175 kcal
- Chicken broth (low sodium) 100 g · 10 kcal
- Shallot, finely chopped 30 g · 20 kcal
- Garlic, minced 5 g · 7 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add finely chopped shallot to the same skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Whisk in Dijon mustard until well combined and smooth.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite side dish like mashed potatoes or rice.
