Dushbara

👨🍳 Instructions
- To prepare the dough, combine flour, a pinch of salt, egg, and gradually add water to form a firm, elastic dough; knead for about 10 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, finely mince the lamb (or beef), finely chop the onion, then combine them with salt and black pepper.
- Roll out the rested dough thinly, then cut it into very small squares, approximately 2x2 cm.
- Place a tiny amount of filling in the center of each square, then fold each square into a small triangle and pinch the edges to seal.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then carefully add the prepared dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface and are tender.
- Serve the Dushbara immediately in bowls with some of the cooking broth, garnished with dried mint, a crushed garlic clove, and a splash of white vinegar.
