  1. To prepare the dough, combine flour, a pinch of salt, egg, and gradually add water to form a firm, elastic dough; knead for about 10 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, finely mince the lamb (or beef), finely chop the onion, then combine them with salt and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the rested dough thinly, then cut it into very small squares, approximately 2x2 cm.
  4. Place a tiny amount of filling in the center of each square, then fold each square into a small triangle and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then carefully add the prepared dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface and are tender.
  6. Serve the Dushbara immediately in bowls with some of the cooking broth, garnished with dried mint, a crushed garlic clove, and a splash of white vinegar.
