👨🍳 Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, egg, flour, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined, but do not overmix to keep the meatballs tender.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped meatballs, about 5-6 cm long and slightly flattened. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking.
- Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the frikadeller to the pan, ensuring they don't overcrowd it.
- Fry the frikadeller for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with traditional accompaniments like boiled potatoes or creamy gravy.
