👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes; set aside. In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder with a splash of water to form a smooth, vibrant green paste.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with the green paste and yogurt. Add salt to taste, mix well, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, or preferably overnight.
