  4. To serve, spread the hummus onto a shallow plate, creating a slight well in the center. Spoon the cooked kawarma into the well, then scatter the toasted pine nuts and fresh parsley over the top.
  5. Drizzle with a final touch of olive oil before serving, traditionally accompanied by warm pita bread.
