  • Beef Sirloin 125 g · 290 kcal
  • Walnuts 25 g · 163 kcal
  • Pomegranate Molasses 15 g · 45 kcal
  • Garlic 6 g · 9 kcal
  • Red Onion 25 g · 10 kcal
  • Fresh Parsley 4 g · 1 kcal
  • Olive Oil 8 g · 66 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes and set aside in a large bowl. Mince the walnuts, garlic, and red onion finely, then chop the fresh parsley.
  2. Add the minced walnuts, garlic, onion, chopped parsley, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the beef. Mix thoroughly to coat all the meat.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing the flavors to meld. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before use.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 3-5 minutes per side, rotating frequently, until they are cooked to your desired doneness and have a nice char. Be careful not to overcook them.
  6. Serve the Kebab Torsh hot, typically with steamed basmati rice, fresh herbs, and grilled tomatoes.
