- Lamb Leg, boneless 200 g · 400 kcal
- Shallots 30 g · 22 kcal
- Garlic cloves 10 g · 15 kcal

- Coriander powder 3 g · 9 kcal
- Cumin powder 3 g · 11 kcal
- Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis) 30 g · 60 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Mince shallots, garlic, and ginger into a fine paste. In a bowl, combine the paste with coriander powder, cumin powder, half of the sweet soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Cut the lamb into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Mix well to coat all pieces, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto soaked wooden skewers. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the skewers lightly with vegetable oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and lightly charred. Baste with the remaining sweet soy sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve Sate Kambing hot, optionally with sliced raw shallots, bird's eye chilies, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
