- Beef Stew Meat 500 g · 900 kcal

- Rutabaga (Swede) 300 g · 111 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut the beef into 2-3 cm cubes. Dice potatoes, carrots, and rutabaga into similar-sized pieces, and slice the leek.
- Brown the beef cubes in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Remove the browned meat and set aside.
- Add the diced potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, and sliced leek to the pot. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Return the browned beef to the pot, then pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 90-120 minutes.
- The vegetables should be very tender, and some may break down, thickening the stew. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
