👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook wheat noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, then drain well again.
- In a bowl, combine Chinese sesame paste, light soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little more water until it reaches your desired consistency.
