👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente; drain well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it wilts completely, about 2-3 minutes.
