👨🍳 Instructions
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain; in a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat; sear the beef slices in batches until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the same skillet, stirring frequently until they start to soften, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant, then return the seared beef to the skillet.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats all ingredients.
