👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut the pork loin into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Once marinated, thread the pork cubes onto wooden or metal skewers.
