👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. In a large pot or deep pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add the prepared sauce mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Add the Korean rice cakes (tteok) and cabbage to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tteok are soft.
  4. Add the instant ramen noodles and fish cakes. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and a halved hard-boiled egg before serving hot.
