👨🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rice flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add warm water (about 30ml per 27g rice flour) and mix until a firm dough forms.
- Roll the dough out very thinly between two sheets of parchment paper, aiming for a thickness of about 1-2 mm.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the thin dough into desired cracker shapes (squares, rectangles, or triangles) using a knife or cookie cutter.
- Arrange the cut crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush each cracker with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp. Let them cool completely on a wire rack before serving to ensure maximum crispness.
