👨🍳 Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill (charcoal, gas, or oven broiler) to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
- Grill the tikka boti for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with oil, until beautifully charred and cooked through.
