Turkey Meatloaf

- Ground Turkey (93% lean) 680 g · 1020 kcal
- Plain Breadcrumbs 80 g · 312 kcal

- Milk (2% fat) 60 g · 30 kcal
- Yellow Onion, finely diced 100 g · 40 kcal
- Celery stalk, finely diced 50 g · 7 kcal
- Carrot, finely diced 50 g · 21 kcal
- Ketchup 60 g · 60 kcal
- Worcestershire Sauce 15 g · 12 kcal
- Dried Thyme 2 g · 5 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan; in a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, celery, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients gently until just combined; avoid overmixing, which can make the meatloaf tough.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared loaf pan; in a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar for the glaze.
- Spread about half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf; bake for 45 minutes, then remove from oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top.
- Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F); let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
