👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan; in a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, celery, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients gently until just combined; avoid overmixing, which can make the meatloaf tough.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared loaf pan; in a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar for the glaze.
  4. Spread about half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf; bake for 45 minutes, then remove from oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top.
  5. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F); let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
