👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes until the liquid has mostly evaporated and the turkey is well coated.
- While the turkey cooks, warm the corn tortillas according to package directions, either in a dry skillet, microwave, or oven, until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: place a generous spoonful of seasoned turkey into each warm tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
