  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and lime juice; set aside. Toast cashews lightly in a dry pan, then grind them into a coarse meal.
  2. Heat dendê oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and ginger; sauté until softened.
