👨🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice pork, chop cabbage, julienne carrots, and slice onion and bell pepper. If using pre-cooked udon noodles, loosen them under warm water if necessary.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, and sake to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- Add onion and carrots to the same pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Then add cabbage and bell pepper, continuing to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan with the vegetables. Add the udon noodles and pour the prepared sauce over everything.
- Toss continuously for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are fully coated with the sauce and heated through. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
