- Day-old cooked jasmine rice 250 g · 327 kcal
- Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork), diced 40 g · 112 kcal
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined 40 g · 34 kcal
- Large eggs, beaten 100 g · 155 kcal
- Frozen green peas 20 g · 16 kcal
- Carrots, finely diced 20 g · 8 kcal
- Green onions (scallions), chopped 15 g · 5 kcal
- Garlic, minced 5 g · 8 kcal
- Light soy sauce 18 g · 10 kcal
- Oyster sauce 12 g · 15 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat half of the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set, then remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the wok. Sauté the minced garlic, diced carrots, and peas for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the char siu pork and shrimp to the wok; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Add the day-old cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the rice is heated through and slightly toasted.
- Pour in the light soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing to coat all ingredients evenly. Stir in the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and give one final quick toss. Serve immediately.
