  • Linguine or Spaghetti (dry) 100 g · 370 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook linguine or spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; reserve about 1 cup (240ml) of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the dry white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and a splash of the reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Stir in the fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately, optionally with extra lemon wedges.
