  • Fresh Kalguksu Noodles 150 g · 225 kcal

  • Korean Zucchini (Aehobak) 50 g · 8 kcal
  • Potato 50 g · 40 kcal
  • Garlic, minced 6 g · 9 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Clean clams by soaking them in salted water for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Prepare the broth by simmering 4 cups of water with 5g dried kelp and 10g dried anchovies for 15 minutes; remove kelp and anchovies and discard.
  2. Add the sliced potato and zucchini to the simmering broth and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Add the fresh kalguksu noodles, minced garlic, clams, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the pot.
  3. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until noodles are tender and clams have opened. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Ladle the hot soup into serving bowls and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
