🛒 Ingredients

  • Linguine pasta 180 g · 280 kcal
  • Large shrimp, peeled and deveined 140 g · 130 kcal
  • Extra virgin olive oil 20 g · 180 kcal
  • Garlic cloves, minced 6 g · 9 kcal
  • Dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio) 10 g · 50 kcal
  • Fresh lemon juice 15 g · 4 kcal
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 5 g · 2 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Pour in dry white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add the cooked linguine and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding more pasta water if needed, until the sauce lightly coats the pasta.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in fresh chopped parsley, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
