- If using raw seafood, boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink, octopus for 10-15 minutes until tender, and clams until they open, then cool and dice all seafood.
- In a large glass or serving bowl, combine the cooked seafood, Clamato juice, ketchup, lime juice, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and diced jalapeño (if using).
