👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare all seafood: ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined, calamari cleaned and cut into rings, mussels and clams thoroughly scrubbed and de-bearded, and fish fillet cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the fish fillet and calamari rings to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly seared, then add the shrimp and cherry tomatoes, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the dry white wine, add the mussel and clam meat, cover the pan, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the mussels and clams open and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in fresh chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
