👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add diced onion, celery, and bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for another minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes and fish broth; bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Gently add the cod fillets and calamari to the stew. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and mussels.
- Continue simmering for another 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink, the mussels open (discard any that don't), and the fish is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
