👨🍳 Instructions
- If using raw shrimp, bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and chill completely.
- To make the Louie dressing, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- On a large platter or in individual serving bowls, arrange a generous bed of shredded iceberg lettuce. Neatly arrange the chilled shrimp over the lettuce.
- Arrange the hard-boiled egg quarters, tomato wedges, cucumber slices, and avocado slices around and over the shrimp.
- Drizzle a generous amount of Louie dressing over the entire salad. Garnish with chopped green onion and fresh parsley before serving immediately.
