👨🍳 Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil for the pasta. While the water heats, prepare your ingredients.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque and the mussels begin to open. Do not overcook.
- Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for 1 minute to reduce slightly.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, lightly crushing some of them. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Cook the strozzapreti pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about half a cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the seafood sauce. Toss well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a glossy sauce.
- Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
