👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil for the pasta. While the water heats, prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque and the mussels begin to open. Do not overcook.
  4. Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for 1 minute to reduce slightly.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, lightly crushing some of them. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Cook the strozzapreti pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about half a cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the seafood sauce. Toss well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a glossy sauce.
  8. Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
