👨🍳 Instructions
- Press extra-firm tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the crumbled tofu until golden brown and slightly crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- While the tofu cools, prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, gluten-free tamari, maple syrup, and red chili flakes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tofu, the prepared dressing, toasted rice powder, thinly sliced shallots, fresh mint leaves, fresh cilantro, and chopped green onions.
- Gently toss all ingredients to ensure they are thoroughly combined and coated with the dressing.
