👨🍳 Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water overnight, or for at least 8 hours, to soften them. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- Combine the soaked almonds with fresh water in a high-speed blender; blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Place a nut milk bag or a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth over a large bowl, then pour the almond mixture through to separate the pulp from the milk.
- Squeeze the bag or gently press the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible, then discard the pulp.
- Transfer the freshly made almond milk to an airtight container and refrigerate; it will last for up to 3-5 days.
