- Crack two large eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of whole milk, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously with a fork until the yolks and whites are fully combined and slightly frothy.
- Melt unsalted butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until it's just shimmering.
