  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange a bed of rock salt or crumpled aluminum foil on a baking sheet to stabilize the oyster shells.
  2. Carefully shuck the oysters, keeping the meat and its natural liquid in one half-shell; discard the top shell.
