  • Brown Sugar 12 g · 46 kcal
  • Unsalted Butter 5 g · 36 kcal
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 g · 3 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a small baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and carefully remove the pits. Place the peach halves cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon. Stir well until a thick paste forms.
  4. Spoon the sugar-butter-cinnamon mixture into the hollows of each peach half. You can slightly overfill them, as it will melt down.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is bubbly and caramelized. Cooking time may vary depending on peach ripeness.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.
