- Olive Oil 14 g · 135 kcal
- Garlic 10 g · 15 kcal
- Fresh Cilantro 10 g · 2 kcal
- Fresh Red Chili 5 g · 2 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Peel and cube the potatoes into 1-inch pieces; rinse them well and pat dry thoroughly to ensure crispiness when frying.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or deep pot over medium-high heat. Fry the potato cubes in batches until golden brown and crispy, then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Once all potatoes are fried, drain most of the oil from the skillet, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Add minced garlic and fresh red chili to the skillet, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Return the fried potatoes to the skillet. Add fresh cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
- Serve Batata Harra immediately as a vibrant and spicy side dish. It is best enjoyed warm.
