👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Grate peeled beetroot and finely chop onion; mince garlic. Combine 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons water to make a flax egg, set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
