  1. Mix whole milk with half of the sweetened condensed milk until well combined; pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight, or until completely solid.
  2. Once frozen, remove the milk ice block and shave it using a bingsu machine or a strong blender/food processor until it reaches a fine, snowy texture.
  3. Pile the shaved milk ice into a serving bowl and generously top with sweetened red beans and fresh sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining sweetened condensed milk just before serving for an extra touch of sweetness, and serve immediately.
