👨🍳 Instructions
- Drain and rinse the canned black beans thoroughly. Dice the red onion and bell pepper; mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the red onion and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes until softened, then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
