👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 50g of water. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. Re-whisk the sauce mixture and pour it over the broccoli. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the broccoli, about 1-2 minutes.
